Turkey bacon casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g turkey meat
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 g bacon, thin slices
  • 250 g processed cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • 250 g cream
  • Milk
  • 1 cube of stock
  • Soy sauce
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat oven to 200°C. For the sauce, combine the cream, milk, soy sauce, and stock cubes in a bowl. Cut the turkey into small cubes. Place half of the turkey in the dish, top with the melted cheese and mushrooms, cover with bacon strips, and season with salt and pepper. Now pile the second half on top. Finally, pour the sauce over the meat and garnish with chives and parsley. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
