Pink grapefruit drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large grapefruit(s), red or pink
  • 100 ml water, ice-cold
  • 100 g yogurt, 10%
  • 1 tbsp honey (flower or acacia honey), liquid
  • 2 slice(s) grapefruit(s), for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and segment the grapefruit. Work over a bowl to catch the juice. Place the segments, reserved juice, and water in a blender. Add the yogurt and honey and blend well. Divide between two glasses, garnish with grapefruit slices, and serve.
