Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml sparkling wine, well chilled
  • 4 cl blackcurrant
  • 2 cl brandy
  • Ice, finely crushed
  • some blackberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sparkling wine cocktail for special occasions

Thoroughly mix half of the sparkling wine with the remaining ingredients in a shaker until the cocktail is ice-cold and frothy. Be careful not to overflow. Add the remaining sparkling wine and pour the cocktail into long, thin, chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with the blackberries.
