- 2 slice(s) salmon – substitute

- 50 g remoulade
- Clarified butter or rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pour clarified butter or rapeseed oil into the pan. Fry the schnitzel until well-cooked. Then add the salmon substitute, the sliced egg, and the onion rings. Finally, drizzle with remoulade sauce.
