Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ point lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 3 mushrooms, large
  • 4 radishes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 5 leaves of wild garlic or 1 clove(s) of garlic
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 pack of herbs (salad herb mix)
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light, at least
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, trim, and slice the vegetables. Chop the wild garlic or garlic. Dice the eggs and feta. Combine everything in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and salad greens. Season with vinegar, oil, and a little water. Mix everything well.
