Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ point lamb’s lettuce
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 3 mushrooms, large
- 4 radishes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 5 leaves of wild garlic or 1 clove(s) of garlic
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 pack of herbs (salad herb mix)
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light, at least
- olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash, trim, and slice the vegetables. Chop the wild garlic or garlic. Dice the eggs and feta. Combine everything in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and salad greens. Season with vinegar, oil, and a little water. Mix everything well.
