Ingredients
- 100 g Freshly ground pistachios
- 60 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 20 g Sugar
- 120 ml Whipped cream or soy cream
Instructions
- Mix the pistachios with the baking powder, salt, sugar and flour, slowly stir in the cream, the batter should drip well from a spoon. Let rest for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Pour the dough into a piping bag with a distance of approx. 6cm circles onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (you can also use a spoon). Put the tray in the oven and bake at 190 ° for about 12 minutes until light brown.
