Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk
- 200 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Chopped onion
- 30 g Smoked bacon, finely diced
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 pinch Ground turmeric spice
- 1 pinch Curry
- 1 pinch Dried mugwort
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 pinch Dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Fat for baking
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion, bacon, spices, herbs and tomato paste well.
- Mix the dough out of eggs, milk and flour. When it is smooth, stir in the tomato paste, onion and bacon mixture.
- Bake the pancakes in hot fat. You can serve it with a salad or with a little cream cheese.
