Spicy Tomato Pancakes

The perfect spicy tomato pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 30 g Smoked bacon, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 pinch Dried mugwort
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 pinch Dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fat for baking
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion, bacon, spices, herbs and tomato paste well.
  2. Mix the dough out of eggs, milk and flour. When it is smooth, stir in the tomato paste, onion and bacon mixture.
  3. Bake the pancakes in hot fat. You can serve it with a salad or with a little cream cheese.
