Spicy Tomato Pancakes

Ingredients
 

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 30 g Smoked bacon, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 pinch Dried mugwort
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 pinch Dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fat for baking

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion, bacon, spices, herbs and tomato paste well.
  • Mix the dough out of eggs, milk and flour. When it is smooth, stir in the tomato paste, onion and bacon mixture.
  • Bake the pancakes in hot fat. You can serve it with a salad or with a little cream cheese.
