Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 70 ml cream
  • 40 g butter
  • 60 g white chocolate
  • 50 g pistachio kernels
  • 30 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Melt the cream, butter, and white chocolate. Finely grind the pistachios with the powdered sugar and add them to the mixture. Pour the pistachio cream into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
