Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g beans, white from the can
- 2 onions, white
- ¼ bunch parsley
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 tsp vinegar, light
- salt and pepper
- Sumac
- olive oil
- 3 avocados
- 5 gherkins
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- Cucumber water
- 1 tsp tahini

Rinse the beans with cold water and place them in a large bowl. Finely chop the onions, parsley, avocados, gherkins, and eggs and mix with the beans. Season to taste with the spices, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, and cucumber juice. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top.
