Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 tbsp sugar, white
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 kg cream yogurt
  • 500 g raspberries, frozen
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 bottles of fruit brandy of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Thaw the raspberries and sprinkle with sugar. Then place the raspberries in 5 glasses. Combine the mascarpone, whipped cream, and cream-based yogurt and pour over the raspberries in the disposable glasses. Sprinkle with brown sugar and refrigerate the glasses. The brown sugar will begin to caramelize slightly after two hours. Serve with the two fruit schnapps.
