Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • Yeast, 1/3 of the pack.
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml tomatoes, pureed (tetra pack)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 4 rings pineapple
  • 300 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 6 slices of salami
  • Grease for the tray
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Then, put the flour in a bowl and make a small well. Add the yeast-water, salt, and the 3 tablespoons of oil. Knead everything until a firm dough forms (you may need to add a little more water or flour as needed). Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C. During this time, season the passata with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut the sausage slices into eighths. Peel the bell pepper and cut into 1 cm cubes. Then, roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet. First, spread it with tomato sauce, then distribute the remaining ingredients on top. Finally, grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
