Pizza – baked with minced meat roll

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 rolls
  • 40 g herb butter
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • chili flakes
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Halve the rolls and spread with herb butter. Wash, halve, deseed, and finely dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the onion. Dice the Gouda cheese as well. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the minced meat in a bowl with the spices and mustard and mix well. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and cheese. Peel the garlic and press it into the minced meat mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Top the roll halves with the spices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad.
