Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g water, lukewarm
  • 21 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 250 g wheat flour type 405
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

For the dough, pour the lukewarm water into the bowl of a food processor. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm water. Add the salt, flour, and honey. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then knead briefly by hand and roll out directly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the crushed garlic clove with the olive oil in a cup and brush the dough with it. For the topping, slice the zucchini. Fry in a pan with a little oil. Season with a pinch of salt, if desired. Spread the pizza dough with hollandaise sauce. Arrange the zucchini slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
