Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of brunch
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 2 ciabatta, for baking or 15 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

With ciabatta or toast, also good as finger food, quick, easy and delicious!

Dice the tomatoes, cooked ham, and onion and mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili. Preheat oven to approximately 200°C. Cut the ciabatta into slices and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread (about 1 large tablespoon per slice) and bake for about 10 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned. Tastes delicious hot or cooled. Perfect for a buffet or just as a snack.
