Pizza bread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour (white flour)
  • 200 g flour (rye flour)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 200 g salami, diced
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the two types of flour, salt, and yeast. Add the diced bell pepper, ham, salami, and cheese, and mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Then slowly add the lukewarm water and mix the mixture with the dough hook of a mixer. Once you have a sticky dough, transfer it to a greased container with a lid (Tupperware’s Ultrastar works best, but any glass container will do). Place the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200°C for one hour. The container with the bread dough can be placed in a cold oven, but the baking time only begins when the temperature reaches 200°C, eliminating the resting time. It’s important, however, that the bread is baked using top and bottom heat, as this simply makes it taste better. If you want the bread to be nice and crispy, we recommend removing the lid after 45 minutes so that the crust browns nicely. Perfect for any barbecue or just with a glass of wine!
