Pizza bread with cream cheese, zucchini and mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • ½ tsp, heaped sugar
  • ½ pack of yeast
  • 200 ml water, warm
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • ½ pack of herb cream cheese, approx.
  • pepper
  • 1 handful of herbs
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, approx. 125 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Place the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for 3-5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes at approximately 32°C. Divide the dough into quarters, roll out lengthwise, and place on a baking sheet. Spread the dough with herb cream cheese and sprinkle with pepper and Italian herbs. Slice the zucchini and place on top. Slice the mozzarella and place on top. Bake the pizza breads at 200°C fan-assisted oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
