Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of bread (wholemeal bread)
- 1 tomato(s), diced
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese, heaped tbsp
- 20 g mozzarella, diced
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- e.g. fresh basil
- n. B. Chives, fresh
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
delicious snack
Combine the tomatoes, cottage cheese, mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, and fresh herbs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread. Bake at 200-220°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
