Pizza bread with mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 40 g garlic butter
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 8 slices of salami (small)
  • 125g mozzarella
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the bread lengthwise, spread each half with garlic butter, and place on a baking sheet. Slice the tomatoes, place them on the bottom half of the bread, and season with salt and pepper. Place the salami slices on top of the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella, spread on top, and sprinkle with oregano. Place the top half of the bread on top. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 225°C for 12 to 15 minutes. Cut into four pieces before serving.
