Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup olive oil (small cup)
- ¼ liter milk, lukewarm
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 jar mushrooms (300 g)
- 1 jar tomato sauce (400 g)
- 300 g cheese (Emmental), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Pizza with minced meat and mushrooms
Knead the flour, salt, sugar, oil, yeast, and milk into a dough and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, season the minced meat to taste and brown it with the mushrooms. After the resting time, knead the dough thoroughly again and roll it out. Spread it evenly on a baking sheet (approx. 30 x 45 cm) and let it rest for another 15 minutes. Then spread the tomato sauce and the minced meat with the mushrooms evenly on top. Sprinkle the mixture evenly with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted evenly and is browned.
