Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • 90 g butter
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 3 eggs
  • 750 g minced pork, seasoned
  • 250 g bacon
  • 1 pack of cheese (slices)
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For the dough: Place the flour, marjoram, and butter flakes in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 1/8 liter of lukewarm milk and add to the bowl. Knead everything into a dough. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place. Minced meat mixture: Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, dice them, and place them in a bowl. Dice the peppers, tomatoes, and onions and add them. Knead together with the minced meat, diced bacon, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the minced meat mixture over the dough. Bake for 30 minutes. Then spread the sliced ​​cheese over the pizza and bake for another 15 minutes. It also tastes delicious cold.
