Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- ½ tsp marjoram
- 90 g butter
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 3 eggs
- 750 g minced pork, seasoned
- 250 g bacon
- 1 pack of cheese (slices)
- ⅛ liter milk
- 1 can of mushrooms
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
For the dough: Place the flour, marjoram, and butter flakes in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 1/8 liter of lukewarm milk and add to the bowl. Knead everything into a dough. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place. Minced meat mixture: Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, dice them, and place them in a bowl. Dice the peppers, tomatoes, and onions and add them. Knead together with the minced meat, diced bacon, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the minced meat mixture over the dough. Bake for 30 minutes. Then spread the sliced cheese over the pizza and bake for another 15 minutes. It also tastes delicious cold.
