Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 5 g salt
- 140 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
for one tray, suitable for WW
Combine the flour and yeast with the remaining ingredients, then knead briefly by hand with a hand mixer (dough hook) until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Knead again by hand and roll out. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Top with as desired (calculate extra points!). Bake for about 30 minutes at 170°C fan/convection oven or 190°C top/bottom heat.
