Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 125 g quark
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Quark-oil dough, for a nice light and thick pizza base

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the quark, milk, oil, and egg. Using a dough hook, mix the dough into a ball and, using a little flour, form it into a firm ball. Roll it out and line a greased baking sheet. Top with your desired toppings. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. One sheet is enough for 2 adults and 2 children.
