Pizza dough

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 275 g flour, non-stick
  • ½ cube of fresh yeast (approx. 20 g)
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with honey

Put the flour in a bowl or on a work surface and make a well in the center. Crumble in the yeast and pour in the water. Pour the honey into the well and mix everything together with your fingers. Add the salt and olive oil and work everything into a smooth dough. Knead the dough vigorously with your hands on a floured work surface for 5 minutes. Return the pizza dough to the bowl and dust with a little flour. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 225°C fan/convection oven. Halve the dough and roll out thinly on a floured work surface. Place on a greased pizza tray and prick holes in it with a fork. Then top with your desired toppings and bake in the hot oven for about 12 minutes until crispy. My tip: I place the covered dough in a sink filled with hot water.
