Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 jars of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ jar milk, lukewarm
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- ½ tbsp sugar

Mix the milk, sugar, and yeast and let it rise for about 15 minutes. Then add the eggs, salt, flour, and nutmeg, and finally mix with the oil. Knead the dough until you can form it into a ball – adding more flour if necessary. Then let it rise again for about 15 minutes in a bowl covered with a tea towel. This amount is enough for one baking sheet – then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes – top with your desired topping beforehand, of course – but be careful, the dough will be really high and will be delicious.
