Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wheat flour type 00
  • 3 ½ g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 120 g water, lukewarm (approx. 40 °C)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor. Add water and olive oil. Knead for 10 minutes until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for about 10 hours or longer. Then knead thoroughly and form into a ball, folding the dough from top to bottom. Shape into a pizza and let rest, covered, for about 15 minutes. Top with desired toppings and bake in the oven at 250°C (top/bottom heat) or in a pizza maker for about 5 minutes. Note: The time depends on the degree of browning and your own taste.
