Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour type 405
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

for 1 tray

Mix water, yeast, and sugar for 3 minutes at 38°C on speed 2. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead for 3 minutes using the TM dough program. Then let the dough rise in a warm place until it has visibly increased in size, or refrigerate overnight.
