Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml water, cold
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • ¾ cube yeast, fresh
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 g spelt flour
  • 1 handful of oat flakes
  • pizza sauce
  • Pizza topping of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients and knead thoroughly for several minutes. Let the dough rise at room temperature for several hours. Preheat the oven to the highest setting. Knead thoroughly again and roll out portions of dough as thinly as possible, depending on the size of the pizza. Spread the pizza sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough and add toppings as desired. Then place it in the hot oven and bake for about 5-10 minutes. If desired, drizzle with homemade garlic oil.
