Pizza dough with fresh yeast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 5 g fresh yeast
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly for about five minutes until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for half an hour. Then refrigerate until ready to use. This dough is enough for three regular pizzas or one large baking sheet. Roll out the dough as desired, add toppings as desired, and bake in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the toppings.
