Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 70 ml olive oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 small jar of milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 5 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

no yeast, no curd, no cream cheese

Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and slowly stir in the milk and olive oil. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Roll out the pizza dough, place it on a baking sheet, and spread the first layer of tomato sauce on top. If you top the pizza right away, the sauce will evaporate and the pizza will become dry. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). Then brush with another layer of tomato sauce and finish topping the pizza. Bake for another 10 minutes.
