Cut the sliced cheese into very small cubes. Mix all the spices. Thaw the pizza dough and sprinkle with the cheese cubes and the spice mix. Now cut the pizza dough in half crosswise. Fold each half over to the topping side and press down. Then cut lengthwise into strips of approximately 1.5-2 cm. Briefly knead each strip together and form into small rolls. Bake the rolls on baking paper in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy with wine or beer. It also makes a great snack (with olives).
