Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large lettuce heart(s) (romaine lettuce), possibly 2 small
- 4 small cocktail tomatoes
- 125 g goat’s yogurt
- 1 small lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, optional
- e.g. chia seeds or chia seed gel
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Low-fat, cow’s milk-free, refreshing
Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Squeeze the lemon. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with chia seeds or mix in 1-2 tablespoons of gel, if desired.
