The perfect pizza, handmade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pizza dough
- 2 kl Onion red
- 3 Eggs (L)
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Pck. Mozzarella (herbs)
- 200 g Grated cheese (Edam …) lactose-free
- 1 Can Tomatoes, peeled
- Salt and pepper
- Thyme (rubbed)
- My family wanted pizza again. As I knew it beforehand, the day before I made a dough from yeast (20g), about 400g of flour, about 1-2 cups of water (lukewarm), 2 pinches of salt and a little olive oil. Let it rise for at least 1 hour. Then off in foil and stored for the next day. If you want to go quickly, you can also use fresh ready-made dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C circulating air. Now it’s time to chop: peel and core the peppers and cut into fine strips. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine rings. Cut the mozzarella into thin wheels.
- Puree the peeled tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and thyme. (If there is no hand blender, you can mash it strongly with a fork … I already had it – it will be more chunky)
- Knead the dough again, roll it out and place it on a baking sheet with baking paper. Brush with the tomato “sauce”. Then cover with all the chopped ingredients and sprinkle with the grated cheese. At the very end there are as many eggs as there are people who enjoy it. (One of them didn’t want an egg, that’s why I only have 3 eggs on it ;-))
- Now put it in the oven and bake at 180 ° C (200 ° C top and bottom heat) for 20 – 25 minutes. Have fun while enjoying 🙂
