Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 150g bacon
  • 150 g cooked ham (back ham)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g leaf spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with spinach, spring onions and bacon

Place the dough on a baking sheet with the parchment paper on it. Spread the sauce over the dough (don’t worry, it will look like a lot, but it’s just right to prevent the base from drying out!). Arrange the bacon strips on top of the hollandaise sauce. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash and trim the spring onions and cut them into approximately 1 cm long pieces. Arrange them on the pizza. Dice the ham and arrange them on top. Place the thawed spinach leaves in heaps on top of the ham. Sprinkle with cheese and place the pizza in the oven. The pizza is ready after 30 minutes (25 minutes if you don’t like it quite as crispy).
