Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 40 g margarine
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 500 g sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 100 g sliced ​​salami
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 12 olives
  • 1 small jar of anchovy fillet(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the dough: Mix the flour and salt with the yeast. Add lukewarm milk and softened margarine. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Let it rise. For the topping: Wash and finely chop the parsley and garlic, and sauté in 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the canned tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Knead the yeast dough and roll it out on an oiled baking sheet. Let it rise for another 15 minutes. Brush with the cooled tomato sauce. Then arrange the tomatoes, onion rings, mushrooms, olives, and anchovies on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
