Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg Leberkäse (meat)
- 250 g cheese (Emmental)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 3 tsp pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grate the Emmental cheese. Finely chop the bell peppers, pickles, and ham. Mix everything well with the pizza seasoning and meatloaf mixture. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 175°C for about 1.5 hours.
