Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 210 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 130 g butter, soft
- 80 g peanut butter or cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g chocolate, grated
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 250 ml milk
- Fat
- Breadcrumbs, for the mold
- Cake icing, hazelnut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Grease a Bundt pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 60 minutes. After baking, let cool and then top with a hazelnut glaze.
