Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • Garlic
  • n. B. onion(s)
  • 1 stale roll
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • 300 g cheese (goat cheese, soft cheese from brine)
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the minced meat, bread rolls (soaked and squeezed out), and egg into a batter. Dice the potatoes and fry briefly in a pan with a little oil. Dice the remaining ingredients (except the cheese) and mix them with the potatoes into the batter. Spread the batter in a baking dish and top with the cheese. Sprinkle with the seasoning and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
