Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp egg white powder (neutral or vanilla flavor)
- 2 tbsp cream
- e.g. margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pancakes without flour
Mix all ingredients until lump-free. If you like, you can beat the egg whites separately until stiff peaks form and then add them to the other ingredients at the end. Fry in batches in a pan with margarine (no carbs). Makes about 3 fluffy pancakes. This recipe is suitable for a low-carb diet.
