Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 rolls
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Cayenne pepper and pizza seasoning
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bell peppers. Mix the ground beef, bell peppers, and the remaining ingredients well in a bowl. Halve the bread rolls and spread them with the ground beef mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) until the ground beef is cooked through. Serve with a mixed salad and a glass of red wine.
