Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 2 pinches of dry yeast
- 3 large onions
- 1 jar olives
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- ½ bunch oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
with feta cheese, olives and onions
Knead the flour, water, and yeast into a yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Roll out the dough and spread the tomatoes on it. Dice the onions, olives, and feta cheese and mix together. Spread it on the pizza and sprinkle with chopped oregano. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes, until brown and crispy.
