Pizza Pancakes
The perfect pizza pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Eßl Flour
- 2 cups Natural carbonated mineral water
- 2 medium-sized Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Knife point Pepper White
- 10 Discs Italian style salami
- 3 Skinned tomatoes
- 3 Big mushrooms
- 2 Fresh onions
- 1 glass Artichokes cooked
- 1 packet Grated pizza cheese
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Fresh oregano
- Cut the tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and the artichokes into slices. The salami shouldn’t be too big. Small round discs,
- Beat the flour with mineral water well until the dough becomes frothy. Then add the eggs, salt and pepper. Beat well again, let the clarified butter in the pan get hot and let the dough run in slowly. Turn the stove down a bit.
- Now quickly add the salami and vegetables to the dough. Brush everything with a little batter. Turn after about 3-4 minutes and bake here for 3-4 minutes too. Now turn again and sprinkle the cheese on top. Turn the stove to low and cover the pan with a lid until the cheese has melted.
- Now carefully place the pizza pancakes on a plate and cover with oregano. Not too much. Serve with a green salad.
