Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp olive oil, cold squeezed
- 125 ml water, warm
- 1 pinch of coarse sea salt
- 1 point dry yeast
- 240 g flour
- 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
- Sea salt, coarse-grained
- Pepper, crushed
- Basil, oregano, rosemary
- Olive oil, cold squeezed
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Sugar
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 160 g cheese (pizza cheese)
- basil, finely torn
- Oil, (garlic)
- tuna
- smoked salmon
- Onion rings
- Lemon(s) – slices
- anchovies
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
For the pizza sauce, fry the onion in hot oil until translucent. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes. For the dough, put the flour in a bowl and add the dried yeast. Add the warm water. Mix lightly and add the salt and oil. Let the dough rise for about 10 minutes. Then roll out as thinly as possible and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. For the topping, spread the cooled pizza sauce thinly over the dough. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the top, arrange the anchovies, onion rings, smoked salmon, tuna, lemon slices, and torn basil on top, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, and drizzle with the garlic oil (crush 2 cloves of garlic and mix with 3 tablespoons of olive oil) over the top. Now bake the tray with the pizza at 220°C until the desired browning.
