Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pts. puff pastry (frozen)
- 150 g ham
- 150g salami
- 150 g sausage (beer ham or hunting sausage)
- 250 ml cream
- some corn
- 1 small bell pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop all ingredients and mix with cornstarch and cream. Use a package of puff pastry as a base and spread everything on top. Score attractive designs into the second pastry with a knife, place it on top, seal the edges with wet fingers, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Remove when golden brown.
