Pizza Pretzels
The perfect pizza pretzels recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gram Flour
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 100 g Salami
- 0,5 Onion
- 50 g Champions cut into small pieces
- 1 Tl Pizza seasoning
- 1 Tl Salt
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
- Sieve flour in a bowl, press a well in the middle, dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and pour into the well. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into about 8 pieces and cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape the dough pieces into pretzels and bake at 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees) for about 20-25 minutes. If you want, you can sprinkle the pretzels with cheese before baking.
