Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 portion of fresh pizza dough for one baking tray
  • 1 jar tomato sauce with basil (approx. 400 ml)
  • some pizza seasoning
  • 50 g Gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 100 g Comté, alternatively Emmental
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, drained
  • 125g Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for all cheese lovers

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Grate the Gouda and Comté cheeses, mix with the Gorgonzola, and sprinkle evenly over the tomato sauce. Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange on top. Bake the pizza for 30-40 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Delicious hot or cold!
