Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 125 g chocolate (block chocolate), melted in just under 1 cup of warm milk
- 320 g flour, mixed with
- 1 pack of baking powder and
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold

Beat the butter with sugar and egg yolks until fluffy, then alternately add the flour mixture, nuts, and chocolate milk, then slowly stir in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or bundt pan that has been generously coated with breadcrumbs and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Once cooled, remove from the pan and let rest in a cool place for at least 2 days to allow the spices to develop.
