Pizza – recipe for 8 people

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 2 packets of yeast (dry yeast)
  • Thyme
  • 4 tsp salt
  • ⅛ liter of oil
  • ½ liter of warm water
  • 500 g tomato paste
  • 200 g ham
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150g salami
  • pepper(s)
  • 400 g mozzarella or pizza cheese
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix the dough ingredients thoroughly, add water and oil at the end, knead thoroughly, and let the yeast dough rise for about an hour. Roll out the dough into a baking sheet and spread the remaining ingredients on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (fan oven) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
