Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pizza dough, round
- 150 ml pizza sauce
- 200 g pizza cheese
- 6 strips of bacon
- BBQ sauce
- salami
- cooked ham
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Place the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Now you need to cut the dough in the middle with three 7-10 cm long star-shaped cuts (ideally a slightly diagonal cross and then another through the middle). This is easiest with a pizza wheel. Then spread the sauce in a circle around the cut and sprinkle the cheese on top. Now take one point of your cut and fold it outwards. You have to press the dough down a bit so that it doesn’t immediately open up again. Do this with all 6 points. Then the bacon is wrapped around the folded area and spread with the BBQ sauce. Then you alternate the salami and the sliced ham on the open spaces. Bake the pizza ring at 200 °C for approx. 15-20 minutes If you like it a bit spicier, you can use Emmental cheese instead of pizza cheese.
