Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 rolls (bake-up rolls)
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 150 g ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (Gouda)
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, OR:
  • Spice mix (pizza seasoning)
  • possibly salami
  • possibly mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the unbaked rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. First, finely dice the canned tomatoes, ham, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini and place them in a bowl. Mix everything together and season with a little cream, salt, pepper, and oregano or pizza seasoning. Spread the mixture on the rolls and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. Note: You can also mix salami, mushrooms, etc. into the mixture, depending on what you have at home or what you like.
