Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, approx. 100 g
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 50 g feta cheese, diced
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp herbs, frozen
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Clean and wash the leek. Peel the onion. Finely chop both. Fry the onion and leek in hot oil and then let cool. Stir in the feta and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough (30 x 30 cm) and spread the vegetables on it. Sprinkle the vegetables with the herbs and Parmesan cheese. Unroll the dough and slice. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk, and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
